The Account Executive is responsible for introducing new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders in the residential and reputed company sectors.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities reputed company homebuilding, hospitality, student housing, and reputed company adult communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company, developers, architects, and key decision-makers
- Present design concepts, portfolios, and service offerings to prospective clients
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to reputed company tailored proposals and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through contract execution

Skills
