[Remote] UX Designer I / II

The role involves collaborating with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs and contribute to the design process across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Participate in user research activities — interviews, surveys, and usability testing — to reputed company insights that shape design reputed company
- Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs reputed company to user needs
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders through iterative design cycles
- Build hands-on experience with industry-reputed company design tools, systems, and documentation practices
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Contribute reputed company in brainstorming sessions and design critiques

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a UX design role (or equivalent)
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving, not just final screens
- Strong depth in one platform with exposure to others is totally welcome

- Mobile app design (iOS and/or Android)
- Web application design
- Demonstrated experience working with design systems — whether contributing to, consuming, or helping build one
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate concept development or rapid prototyping
