The Director, Benefits Consulting reputed company is a sales leader responsible for supporting the reputed company of reputed company’s Agency by consulting with various stakeholders on the value of reputed company’s Agency and fostering relationships with large, reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of reputed company’s role and reputed company reputed company to the employee experience for enrollment and year-round engagement including reputed company support, enrollment best practices, and personalized communications
- Deep understanding of the Voluntary Benefit market, funding reputed company reputed company, and permissible use of commissions
- Collaborate with our BOR channel management team to help brokers understand the value of our reputed company Partnerships
- Market, assess and reputed company Voluntary Benefits coverage for BOR clients and prospective clients
- Ability to engage clients in overall health and wellbeing reputed company and be reputed company to reputed company how our partnerships, solutions and technology can drive reputed company reputed company
- Review existing reputed company reputed company information and work with sales to identify prospective Agency clients
- Engage with Carriers to identify prospective Agency reputed company opportunities for expansion of lines of coverage
- Communicate and partner with insurance companies and/or brokers to identify opportunities to optimize commissions to improve the overall member experience leveraging reputed company suite of communication and engagement services to
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, vendor partners and internal stakeholders
- Travel or visit insurance companies and/or clients, reputed company necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years work experience in voluntary benefits insurance and/or working with a brokerage required
- Proven reputed company record working with and closing opportunities with large clients across multiple industries
- Exposure to account management for reputed company benefit offering
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge on employer health and wellbeing strategies and of the reputed company landscape of solutions that are driving results
- Life, Health & Accident licenses are required, or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment; maintain annually
- Ability to analyze and interpret insurance data
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficient reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook and reputed company to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications
- Proven ability to reputed company and deliver presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
