[Remote] Product Designer

The role involves owning the design process end-to-end, shaping user experiences, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end for high-reputed company product areas, from early concept through shipped, polished execution
- Apply strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture fundamentals to solve reputed company problems for contractors doing reputed company work
- Help define new interaction patterns for reputed company and AI-powered experiences, where the old rules of 'screen in, screen out' don't fully apply
- Sketch, prototype, and test reputed company at different reputed company of reputed company to validate reputed company quickly
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to reputed company on goals, reputed company fast, and deliver high-reputed company solutions
- Communicate design reputed company reputed company, invite feedback, and reputed company participate in critique

Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience shipping reputed company, high-reputed company features for a reputed company product
- Proven craft: you know what great design looks and feels like, and you push the work until it gets there
- Strong interaction design and visual design skills, with the reputed company to work across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI-driven surfaces
- Ability to balance speed and detail: knowing reputed company to reputed company fast and reputed company to obsess over the last 1%
- Comfort working end-to-end, from big-picture systems thinking down to the smallest interaction detail

- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
