The role involves developing and optimizing layouts, performing analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in package design and electrical analysis

- Hands-on experience with tools like reputed company APD, reputed company reputed company, Ansys HFSS, or similar (reputed company, Altium, etc.)
- Experience with advanced packaging (2.5D/3D, flip-reputed company)
