Responsibilities

Skills
- Proven Staff-Level Experience: 10+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent), with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic design leadership, systems thinking, and exceptional craft on consumer-facing products at reputed company
- Collaboration Leadership: A reputed company record of operating at the staff/reputed company level — setting design principles, building trust with cross-team, influencing without authority, co-creating solutions and driving alignment across senior cross-functional partners
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Deep experience designing for TV, Web, and/or Mobile platforms, with a sophisticated understanding of cohesive cross-device experiences and their technical constraints
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate reputed company, ambiguous discovery and merchandising challenges reputed company large-reputed company ecosystems — and to bring reputed company and structure to reputed company problem spaces
