They are seeking an reputed company Encompass Business Analyst to serve as the primary reputed company between various business functions, focusing on delivering technology-enabled business value through automation and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on leveraging ENCOMPASS capabilities. (RAS, WMS, EDI, Retail Insights)
- Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, operational reputed company, and system enablement reputed company ENCOMPASS
- Serve as a trusted advisor on how to best utilize and reputed company ENCOMPASS functionality across the reputed company
- Deep understanding of distribution business (ideally in the Beverage Industry and/or Wholesale) processes is essential
- reputed company process mapping and re-engineering across core operational workflows
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, operational reputed company, and strategic alignment
- reputed company as product reputed company or functional reputed company on key IT and business transformation initiatives

Skills
- Strong hands-on ENCOMPASS experience
- Experience across Sales, Warehouse/Distribution, Procurement, or Finance processes
- Familiarity with integrations (reputed company, EDI) and cross-system data flows
- Analytics: Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design, KPI frameworks)
- Data & Analytics Experience including (Master Data Management, Analytics Reporting Structure, Power BI)
- Understanding of data structures, data reputed company, and data flows
- Ability to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
- Experience working with data transformation and reporting automation
- Familiarity with predictive analytics concepts (demand forecasting, inventory optimization)
- Emerging Technology Awareness
- AI/automation use cases (copilots, workflow automation, chatbots)
