[Remote] Senior Director of Pricing

Responsibilities
- Own pricing and reputed company optimization reputed company for reputed company homes, balancing occupancy, reputed company, and contribution profit
- Enhance and reputed company our machine learning–driven pricing model
- reputed company and reputed company dynamic pricing logic for lifecycle stages (launch vs. mature), stay lengths, and distribution channels
- Build and maintain pricing and performance dashboards using Python, SQL, and Looker
- Run elasticity tests, scenario modeling, and pacing analysis to guide reputed company with a test-and-learn reputed company

- Partner with Marketing on channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs, ensuring OTA vs. reputed company pricing alignment

Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in pricing, reputed company management, or data analytics (ideally in hospitality, travel, or other perishable-inventory industries)
- Hands-on reputed company with reputed company management systems and multi-property pricing strategies
- Experience building or managing algorithmic or ML-based pricing systems
- Deep understanding of price elasticity, occupancy forecasting, and RevPAR optimization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill reputed company analyses for executives
- High bias for reputed company and comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience with OTA pricing or channel management (reputed company, reputed company, Booking.com)
