Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, reputed company expenses, prepare ACH/reputed company payments, reconcile AP subledger, manage vendor inquiries
- Accounts Receivable: reputed company customer orders, reputed company incoming payments, reconcile A/R accounts, generate billing reports, assist with collections
- Payroll: Process weekly payroll for 20–50 construction employees, calculate wages/garnishments/child support, prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records
- General reputed company: Bank reconciliations, month-end/year-end reputed company support, accruals, financial reporting, QuickBooks maintenance
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AP, A/R, and full-cycle payroll
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
- Experience with construction reputed company and weekly payroll processing
