[Remote] Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Southeast (Remote)

The role involves managing the distributor network, supporting partners, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Meet or exceed annual sales and order reputed company targets for the Southeast region
• Manage Channels: reputed company annual account plans, goals, and quotas for regional distributors
• Technical Support: Assist partners with applications knowledge, pricing, and technical/reputed company quotations for electrical submersible pumps and control panels
• Expand Territory: Identify coverage gaps, recruit new reputed company, and reputed company their reputed company
• CRM Hygiene: reputed company reputed company sales pipelines, activities, and customer interactions daily in reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of industrial reputed company sales experience (pump manufacturing or distributor management highly preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels
• Proven reputed company record of managing independent distributor networks and key accounts
• Proficiency with reputed company (or similar CRM), MS Office, and ERP systems
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PowerBI is a plus
