[Remote] Customer Service/Sales Representative

They are seeking an exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain reputed company relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assign emails
- Process invoices from suppliers
- Deliver customer invoices
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions
- reputed company tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors
- reputed company verbal and email quotes to customers
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments

- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors

Skills
