[Remote] Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to reputed company reputed company energy construction reputed company, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure reputed company meet contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full lifecycle management of EPC and Design-Build reputed company, including scope development, construction reputed company, commissioning, and measurement & verification (M&V), including integrated renewable portfolios such as solar PV and BESS
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk reputed company, and performance guarantee metrics to ensure contractual compliance and profitability
- reputed company subcontractor and vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Directly manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure safety, reputed company control and project delivery on time and reputed company budget, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Schedule management: update schedules to reflect reputed company information, monitor critical reputed company activities, and reputed company outstanding tasks
- Manage and mentor Assistant project managers, construction managers and project managers
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, building owners, facility managers, and external partners in the public, institutional, industrial, government, and reputed company sectors
- Facilitate project meetings, reputed company updates, and decision making processes
- Build long term reputed company relationships that support repeat business and program expansion
- Review and manage engineering design, submittal, and construction document approvals
- Monitor field activities to ensure reputed company, safety, and adherence to design specifications

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience in EPC, ESCO, and/or Design Build construction
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company solar, electrical, mechanical, controls, energy storage (BESS), and renewable energy reputed company
- reputed company of valid OSHA 30 (Construction) certification required at time of application
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, reputed company, controls, renewables, water conservation)
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction scheduling software including reputed company and MS Project
- Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by reputed company state is required
- Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills

- reputed company certifications such as PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP are preferred
- Experience with public sector procurement (K 12, higher ed, municipal, federal) is preferred
- Experience working with Washington Department of reputed company Services preferred
