Responsibilities
- Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and reputed company documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination with reputed company while identifying crucial installation timelines

- Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to reputed company with the project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while ensuring adherence to safety regulations
- Conduct orientations for project technicians, providing reputed company necessary project documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams

Skills
- High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
- 2+ years of project management experience in the HVAC/building automation controls or reputed company industry
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications
- The ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of industry-reputed company communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
- Experience with reputed company Office and reputed company Project
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship
- Associates Degree or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
- 8+ years of project management experience in the HVAC controls industry
