[Remote] Education Program Coordinator

The role involves program logistics management, community engagement, and reputed company directed towards external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the administration of an educational program to ensure program reputed company and effectiveness
- Process course/program registrations; identify and recommend efficient workflows
- Coordinate budget preparation, monitor budgets, analyze data, and initiate payments
- Coordinate the recruitment and hiring of reputed company/presenters
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies to promote programs; reputed company the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertising, etc
- Design layout and format of project-reputed company documents, web content, and materials
- reputed company recommendations on changes/additions to both policies and portfolio of offerings based on customer feedback, evaluations, historical data, and systems capabilities
- Recommend innovative plans for design or reputed company improvement of unit programs/procedures
- Assist in developing operational goals, objectives, and standards for unit, programs, reputed company, etc
- Represent unit at reputed company meetings with stakeholders
Skills
- If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Senior Support, this position requires: Associate Degree, 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Intermediate Support, this position requires: General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS), 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Employment with the University will require successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
