[Remote] Technical Program Manager, FinTech

Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage key initiatives and programs for the Fintech teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes, methodologies
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and reputed company
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting
- reputed company and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership
- Coordinate quarterly and annual reputed company planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation

- 3-5+ years of program management experience reputed company software engineering environments
- Knowledge and understanding of software development practices
- reputed company record of delivering reputed company software engineering programs on time and reputed company scope
- Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum) and experience serving as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company quarterly and annual reputed company planning and resource allocation
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
