About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Billing own and reputed company reputed company’s Billing domain end-to-end: transaction-based fee handling, fee coverage, payouts, refunds and the financial flows behind donations. We charge organizations a percentage fee per transaction (netted from payouts), which donors can optionally cover.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Billing product area roadmap, reputed company, and prioritization; define quarterly goals and reputed company metrics.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems (accuracy, idempotency, retries, monitoring, incident response, and reputed company ownership boundaries).
• Improve reputed company protection and customer experience reputed company dunning, failed payment recovery, refunds, and dispute/chargeback-reputed company flows (as applicable).
• Define and maintain billing domain documentation: data model, event flows, edge cases, and operational run-books.
• Run discovery with internal teams (GTM & Product Analyst) and customers to uncover pain points and opportunities; turn insights into reputed company PRDs and delivery plans.
• Establish and reputed company core Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payment reputed company, recovery reputed company).
• Drive antifraud reputed company execution: define priorities and reputed company metrics; partner with reputed company/Data to ship reputed company protections, monitoring/alerting, and fraud-response capabilities, and continuously improve rules based on observed patterns.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience with at least 1–2 years owning a technically reputed company domain.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, payouts, fee models, refunds/chargebacks, multi-processor setups, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work with engineers on backend/system design trade-offs and to ship reliable platform capabilities.
• Comfort with data: defining metrics, building a measurement plan, and using analysis to prioritize and evaluate reputed company.

Compensation

• The compensation reputed company for this role is $4,600 - $5,000 gross.
• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
