DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but are not limited to:
- reputed company functional design, configuration, and optimization of reputed company HCM reputed company and PeopleSoft, primarily focusing on reputed company HCM reputed company reputed company HR, Compensation (Wage Progression) and Benefits products/modules.
- reputed company business requirements gathering, business fit-gap analysis, data mapping, business processes analysis and process modeling.
- reputed company functional solutions, configure system setups, reputed company functional guidance to technical teams, reputed company testing and validation, and create associated documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, process and data issues. Identify opportunities for more efficient and effective ways to reputed company operations.
- Review reputed company releases, CWBs and tax updates, providing recommendations to stakeholders on new functionality. reputed company and test new functionality. reputed company necessary regression testing.
- Design & reputed company OCI integration between Fusion HCM and other applications and reputed company PaaS Solutions aligning to the business requirements.
- Coordinate with the project teams and business team as required by the project needs.
- Work with project manager to reputed company on the project schedule and deliverables.
Qualification
Skillset Requirements
- 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
- 3+ years of business analysis and/or techno-functional experience in reputed company Capital Management (HCM) functions.
- Working functional knowledge on any of these HCM reputed company products/modules reputed company HR, Compensation (Wage Progression), and Benefits.
- Techno-functional experience with reputed company HCM reputed company applications is highly desired. Experience supporting similar reputed company HCM systems such as reputed company, PeopleSoft, or similar will be considered.
- Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required.
- Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required. Experience with SQL is preferred.
- Strong skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
- Ability to create, organize and reputed company test cases for solutions is highly desirable.
Qualifications / Other Requirements
- Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, senior leaders, IT PMO and business users/stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills reputed company working with business users to reputed company requirements and defend systems capabilities.
- Experience in working with offshore / reputed company model.
- Ability to collaborate and reputed company work efforts or project deliverables from initiation to completion.
