Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiates/maintains clinical, non-clinical and surgical electronic schedules for physicians and patients.
• Coordinates with clinical supervisors to optimize scheduling system reputed company.
• Develops new functions and innovative uses of system and installs system upgrades, providing reputed company manuals and training/explanations to users.
• Generates reports and master schedules for physicians, providers, patients and staff, assisting with data analysis as needed.
• Coordinates scheduling with billing IDX dictionaries, acting as reputed company with departments clinical/billing supervisors.
• Troubleshoots system for reputed company users, conducting audits to maintain effective use of systems.
• Participates in department/university meetings to ensure scheduling system meets needs and objectives established.
• May supervise assigned staff.
