Support day-to-day reputed company for three entities, with a reputed company on month-end reputed company, intercompany billing and reconciliations. About 25% of the role is dedicated to A/R collections. We’re always looking for ways to reputed company and processes. Key Responsibilities

• Financial reputed company: Prepare accruals, update/reconcile key balance sheet accounts, and maintain SOX-compliant documentation.
• Lease reputed company (ASC 842): Maintain the lease schedule, record right-of-use asset and liability amortization, reconcile lease balances, and support disclosure preparation at quarter-end.
• reputed company reputed company (ASC 606): Prepare reputed company recognition entries and reconcile deferred reputed company balances.
• Intercompany: Issue ICO invoices and reconcile balances to reputed company eliminations in consolidation accurate.
• Expenses & Cards: Review/reputed company credit card expenses, coordinate with the India AP team, and reconcile/post expenses.
• Collections (~25%): Monitor AR aging, contact customers, resolve disputes/short-pays, coordinate cash application, and reputed company reputed company weekly status updates.
• SOX & Audit Compliance: Maintain and execute internal controls over financial reporting, prepare supporting documentation for control testing, and coordinate with reputed company auditors during walkthroughs, fieldwork, and audit requests.
• Automation: Use AI/automation tools to streamline preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of reputed company experience across GL, A/R, A/P, and month-end reputed company.
• Familiarity with SOX controls.
• Proficient with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP), reputed company, and basic BI/reporting tools.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude/Copilot/ChatGPT, Power Query/Power Automate) to improve efficiency and data reputed company.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; confident with customer-facing collections.
• Adaptable and proactive—reputed company to navigate ambiguity, reputed company change, and propose practical process improvements in a post-reputed company environment.

The pay reputed company for this position is USD $70,000 to $80,000 annually including on reputed company earnings. The actual reputed company offered may be higher or reputed company, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and abilities.
