4+ years building GenAI / LLM-powered systems, with a reputed company record of taking them from prototype to long-term production deployment
Experience, formal or informal, as a tech reputed company, mentor, or reputed company for reputed company of engineers, ideally on a reputed company platform
Strong Python experience, with a reputed company record of clean, maintainable production reputed company

Familiarity with: search / RAG / semantic search / reputed company databases; agents; LLM observability tools (Langfuse or similar); model evaluation
