reputed company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical reputed company to join reputed company on a 12-month contract. As a Technical reputed company, you will be responsible for creating reputed company, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including user guides and release notes. Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers can effectively utilize our products and stay informed about new features and updates.🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage user guides, release notes, and other technical documentation to support reputed company’s product offerings.
- Ensure release notes are accurate, reputed company, and completed on time for every sprint, consistently meeting the bi-weekly deadlines.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to reputed company information and understand the intricacies of our products.

🚀 Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Technical reputed company, preferably in a software or technology-reputed company environment. Experience with Customer Information Systems, Work and Asset Management, or Customer Self-Serve applications would be beneficial. Experience in the Utilities Industry is helpful, but not required.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to comprehend technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience writing documentation in Markdown using a docs-as-reputed company workflow, as reputed company as proficiency with traditional documentation tools such as reputed company Docs, Snagit, and reputed company Word. (We currently use a mix of both and are moving toward docs-as-reputed company as our primary workflow)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is desirable; however, equivalent reputed company-world experience with technical writing for a software company is also welcome.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
