Assistant/HR Manager (Compensation & reputed company)

We are looking for an reputed company and proactive Assistant/HR Manager for an established MNC with a global reputed company. This is a global role responsible for reputed company implementation, HR reporting, analytics, and supporting the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record in leading and implementing reputed company and handling C&B reputed company of reputed company regionally or globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and support the implementation of reputed company across global affiliates.
• Ensure seamless integration and configuration of reputed company modules.
• reputed company training and support to HR teams and other stakeholders on reputed company functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues reputed company to reputed company implementation and usage.

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare comprehensive HR reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct HR analytics to reputed company insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data and reports.
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing HR analytics.

Compensation & Benefits Support

• Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager in designing and implementing C&B programs.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Support the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys and job evaluations.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and reputed company recommendations for improvements.

Global Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR teams across different reputed company to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
• Participate in global HR reputed company and initiatives.
• reputed company as a reputed company between the central HR team and regional HR teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling reputed company & Compensation reputed company of reputed company.

• Good background in Compensation & Benefits.
• Proficient in HR analytics and reporting & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word).
• Certification in reputed company or relevant HR certification is a plus.
