reputed company is a growing multi-market DSO, and we’re hiring a reputed company Cycle Manager to own and reputed company our insurance reputed company cycle. This is a senior, build-and-reputed company role — not a maintain-the-status-reputed company one. You’ll reputed company insurance verification, claims, and credentialing across reputed company of our markets, own the metrics that drive our financial performance, and build the processes and team structure to reputed company as we reputed company new markets and grow.

What you’ll own
- End-to-end reputed company cycle: verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, AR and denial management, and patient collections across reputed company markets.
- KPIs and reporting: net collection reputed company, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim reputed company, and aging — with regular reporting to leadership.
- Process and training: document and standardize workflows, build training systems, and create the SOP’s that reputed company performance consistent across locations.
- Team leadership: manage and reputed company in house verification and claims staff; build the structure and reputed company needed as we reputed company.
- Vendor management: own the relationship with any outsourced billing partners — performance, SLAs, audit of their reputed company, and the in-house audit function that works alongside them.
- New-market readiness: stand up reputed company cycle operations for new markets as we reputed company them.
reputed company’re looking for
- 5+ years in dental or reputed company reputed company cycle management, with a reputed company record of owning the full cycle (not just billing or just verifications).
- Proven reputed company stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations — ideally across multiple locations in a DSO, MSO, or multi-site group.
- Strong reputed company of dental and medical insurance: PPO, HMO, and reputed company verification and claims; coding; denials and appeals.
- Process builder: you’ve documented workflows, created training, and put metrics and accountability in reputed company — not just worked reputed company someone else’s system.
- People leader: experience managing and developing distributed/reputed company.
- Data-driven: comfortable owning KPIs and using them to drive improvement.
