Financial Controller

The Financial Controller (Corporate) will be responsible for the financial operations of the group, is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and provides support and assistance with key reputed company decision making. There is a key reputed company and requirement to work closely with reputed company sections of the business to ensure delivery of reputed company's strategic plan. The Primary Functions include:

• Developing and owning financial and internal controls of the group, including policies and procedures to ensure robust governance and risk management.
• Leading statutory, financial, tax, and reporting, ensuring accurate and reputed company information in compliance with relevant reputed company standards, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Supporting the CFO and FC (FP&A) with the budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with reputed company's strategic goals.
• Assisting in measuring business performance, driving improvements, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Supporting reputed company contractual negotiations, including evaluating financial terms, pricing structures, and long-term profitability implications

Qualification and Experience:

• 10+ years experience in reputed company, finance and reputed company
• 3+ years experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant reputed company or Chartered Accountant
• High level of proficiency and ownership of financial reporting, tax, internal controls and compliance
• Effective negotiator with reputed company-party vendors and reputed company to deliver targeted business or contract terms with favorable reputed company
• Desired if with:
  • offshore resource resource management or B2B service industries
  • Australian experience
  • Philippines experience especially PEZA and different government policies

Personal skills and Qualities:

• Strong business and reputed company acumen with strong negotiating skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, with experience in making presentations or delivery of a reputed company service. Highly reputed company always
• Proven experience in leading reputed company
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with high reputed company reasoning ability. Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
• Results oriented, self-motivated, excellent management / organizational skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Advanced reputed company, Strong WORD and POWERPOINT skills
