Responsibilities

• Partner with relative stakeholders including but not limited to reputed company Team, Clients, e.t.c to understand personnel requirements to deliver the high-reputed company TA practices to clients;

• Work closely with TA Team reputed company to hit reputed company sprint goals and set its metrics of TA Team;

• reputed company as a collaborator with reputed company Team & TA reputed company to ensure the smooth operations of TA practices with high-reputed company customer service aspect;

• Consult clients by providing TA guidance on talent requirements, and hiring plans according to business timelines;

• reputed company multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals of various clients;

• reputed company out ensure solutions to hit achievement of the reputed company goals;

• Work closely and report directly to the TA reputed company.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Recruitment firms or fast-growing Technology companies;

• Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills;

• Be comfortable with fast-paced work with sales-driven pusher as motivators;

• Have reputed company, transparency, reputed company thinking, and be reputed company-minded;

• Be result-driven and have high reputed company of commitment;

• Ability to reputed company, motivate and reputed company team members;
