[Remote] IT Business Process Analyst

They are seeking an IT Business Process Analyst to analyze, support, and optimize business processes and reputed company applications, acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes reputed company to reputed company applications and the CMI & Remote reputed company environment
- reputed company, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders
- Serve as a primary technical support contact and ticket queue manager for the EST - Technical team
- Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of reputed company applications and reputed company business processes
- Coordinate and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business requirements
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve application and process-reputed company issues

- Partner with developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams to implement system enhancements and process changes
- Create and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and other supporting documentation

Skills
- BA/BS or working towards a degree in business, computer science, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting reputed company applications
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting reputed company systems in a cross-functional corporate environment
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and testing methodologies
- Experience facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
