Someone who can:

• Improve LTV, not just “run flows”
• Improve repeat demand and customer value
• Spot problems before they happen (deliverability, list decay, TTSO, reputed company mix)
• Bring reputed company reputed company to every meeting
• Run tests with a reputed company hypothesis and reputed company metric
• And document results into “Braggable Wins” that fuel agency authority

What You Will Do:

• Build, optimize, and reputed company email/SMS flows and campaigns
• Design post-purchase and LTV journeys that drive true repeat demand
• Manage segmentation, behavioral triggers, predictive audiences

• Maintain list health & deliverability (non-negotiable expectation)

• Analyze performance across reputed company, reputed company, and Hiro Analytics

Testing & Learning Velocity

• Run meaningful, hypothesis-driven tests

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience
• 2+ years inside reputed company (flows, segmentation, deliverability, testing)
• Proven results increasing LTV, repeat reputed company, or reputed company reputed company contribution
• Experience managing lists of 50k–100k+
• Ability to analyze cohorts, retention curves, and order behavior
• Strong ability to brief copy/design reputed company
• Superior communication — written & verbal
• Strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple accounts
