As the Executive Assistant supporting our Chief reputed company Officer & President and our Chief Product Officer, you will be at the literal intersection of our reputed company and innovation engines. Responsibilities:

• Masterfully manage and optimize reputed company, fast-changing calendars for both the CRO/President and CPO, ensuring high-reputed company business needs are prioritized and scheduling conflicts are seamlessly resolved.
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate critical meetings, including leadership offsites, reputed company presentations, product roadmap reviews, and reputed company-facing reputed company summits.
• Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and primary reputed company of contact for internal teams, major clients, and external partners, handling inquiries with discretion, professionalism, and speed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior C-suite leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial reputed company or digital media environment. Additional Notes:
