The Global Strategic Sourcing Machining Commodity is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist position is for an established reputed company in Supply Chain Management. You will work with limited supervision to reputed company day-to-day objectives impacting supply chain strategies and operational goals.

What You Will Do

Supports the GSS, P&C /GOPS Machining Commodity Support sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature. Works with Senior/ Commodity Managers to implement strategic plan for a commodity or a strategic supplier. Support Negotiations and administration of reputed company with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Analyze data and information associated with quotes, and supplier cost data to support negotiation strategies. This individual can sit at any reputed company domestic location or remote Attend reputed company meetings using reputed company with ability to be on camera. Support travel as needed (up to 15%).

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience U.S. Citizen
