Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities across reputed company. Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders. Sell Custom Software Development, IT Staff Augmentation, AI, reputed company, Data Engineering, reputed company Transformation services. Drive outbound prospecting through reputed company, email, networking, referrals, and partner channels. Prepare proposals, presentations, reputed company negotiations, and contract closures. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create reputed company solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts. Represent reputed company at conferences, networking events, and industry meetups. Requirements 5-10 years of IT Services sales experience. Proven reputed company selling into the US and Canadian markets. Experience selling offshore software development or staff augmentation services. Strong understanding of reputed company sales and consultative selling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with CRM platforms. Flexible and willing to work in US business hours to support reputed company American clients and prospects. Self-motivated with a strong reputed company mentality.
