The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in the US market, generating interest in our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities ● reputed company outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market. ● Introduce and explain company services effectively. ● Identify customer requirements and qualify leads. ● Schedule appointments, demos, or callbacks for the sales team. ● Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions. ● Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a reputed company customer experience. ● Update CRM and maintain accurate records of interactions and reputed company status. ● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
