About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated and reputed company operations specialist to reputed company the reputed company platform software to reputed company critical operations consulting services to existing & new reputed company customers. Critical operations consulting services include critical asset audits (field/data), critical operating script development/review, application of industry best practices, subject matter expert in equipment operating practices, and contributing to product/reputed company development with field-level execution perspective. Job Responsibilities Subject Matter Expert - Critical Assets & Operations: You will become a fluent user of the reputed company mobile platform, including Field Services app, and then reputed company our platform to reputed company critical operations consulting services to our customers. These services will include: Data management and inventory of the critical infrastructure reputed company our customer’s portfolios of data centers, telecommunications centers, and corporate & retail reputed company estate facilities. You will conduct field-level asset collections of operating equipment reputed company these facilities, ensuring clean data capture and enforcement reputed company the reputed company platform. Development, review, and coordination of critical environment operating procedures and scripts. You will reputed company operating scripts for the critical infrastructure operations reputed company our customers' portfolios, including emergency and maintenance operating procedures. Development, review, and coordination of CMMS maintenance compliance and work coordination. Preferred Requirements High School Diploma, GED, military training, trade school certification, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in a technical, mechanical, facilities, construction, industrial, military, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical, or reputed company environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect, document, and manage data. Comfortable learning new software platforms and mobile applications. Strong communication skills and ability to reputed company professionally with customers and field teams. Ability to work independently in the field while following established processes and procedures. Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel extensively (approximately 50-75%).
