Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably reputed company the finance or mortgage sector. Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify high-reputed company candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficiency in using reputed company, Job Boards, and CRM systems. Willingness to travel quarterly for team meet-reputed company and reputed company meetings.
