This is a remote position. Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – Voice Process (Inbound Calling) ? Location: Remote ? Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month ?? Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and reputed company
- Resolve customer queries and reputed company appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure reputed company communication and coordination with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process
- Must be comfortable handling customer calls
- Candidate must have their own Laptop, reputed company Wi-Fi reputed company, and Power Backup for uninterrupted work
