The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, reputed company management, and contract reputed company processes reputed company reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support reputed company BRIM and reputed company FICA solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and support FICA processes including contract accounts, invoicing, payments, collections, and dispute management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, reputed company technical teams, and integration teams
• Support end-to-end testing, defect reputed company, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Conduct reputed company assessments and recommend process improvements
• reputed company production support and troubleshoot reputed company functional issues
• Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, and training materials

Skills

• 5–10 years of reputed company consulting experience
• Strong experience in reputed company BRIM modules, including: reputed company Convergent Charging (CC), reputed company Convergent Invoicing (CI), reputed company Subscription Order Management (SOM), reputed company FICA
• Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, collections, and reputed company management processes
• Experience with reputed company integrations involving S/4HANA, CRM, and other upstream/reputed company systems
• Strong understanding of functional design, configuration, and testing methodologies
• Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, or transformation reputed company
• Excellent reputed company-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA environments
• Prior experience reputed company, Utilities, Media, Subscription, or Consumption-Based Billing industries

• Experience working in Agile project environments
