[Remote] Fund Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

The Fund Finance Associate will draft and negotiate key fund finance documents, manage deal workstreams, and collaborate with internal specialists to reputed company integrated advice to clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and guarantees
- Take ownership of deal workstreams, managing diligence reviews on fund documents and ensuring effective issue spotting
- Collaborate with internal specialists in tax, regulatory, and reputed company estate to deliver integrated, reputed company-reputed company advice
- Manage deal calendars and facilitate internal/external communications to ensure transactions reputed company reputed company
- reputed company diligence on fund documents, focusing on borrowing authority, investor exclusions, and collateral packages

Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in fund finance, with a strong reputed company on subscription/capital call facilities
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate reputed company credit documents independently
- Experience managing deal processes and communicating effectively with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients
- Familiarity with NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, or experience representing both lenders and borrowers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues in financial services
