[Remote] CTMS Application Analyst

The CTMS Application Analyst participates in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of research applications and reputed company systems, ensuring they effectively support research operations.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of research applications and reputed company systems (including OnCore, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company)
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into system solutions, and ensure applications effectively support research operations
- Provides end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support to promote successful system adoption and performance
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
- reputed company IT experience, ideally in a reputed company IT environment required
- Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in a reputed company setting
- Ability to document workflows and business processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Office 365 and other reputed company office productivity solutions
