The role focuses on standardizing processes, scaling operations, and driving adoption of new marketing technologies and AI-enabled capabilities while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Assess organizational impacts across people, process, technology, and data
- Drive readiness activities and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change
- Establish repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for reputed company-wide change initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement
- Build and execute stakeholder management and communication plans

- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and technology teams
- Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and enablement resources
- Support end-user readiness and adoption initiatives

Skills
- 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives reputed company marketing organizations
- reputed company Change Management Certification
- Proven experience supporting large-reputed company technology transformation programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience creating communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Demonstrated reputed company driving adoption and organizational readiness in reputed company reputed company environments
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise
- Corporate communications experience
- Agile project experience
- Experience supporting MarTech platforms, CRM implementations, or digital transformation programs
