[Remote] Technical Program Manager V (water program operations)

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager V to ensure continuity of water program operations, reputed company relationships, compliance reputed company, and construction milestones.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year water program roadmap reputed company to reputed company targets and sustainability goals
- reputed company fleet-wide programmatic initiatives including sustainability and water-saving efforts, regulatory research, business process development, and cross-functional coordination
- Own and drive the water and wastewater compliance reputed company, including tool development, process governance, and audit readiness
- reputed company compliance with water withdrawal agreements and wastewater discharge requirements
- Manage reputed company engagement reputed company during construction and operations, including technical topics, invoicing, and operational issues
- Own end-to-end reputed company reputed company program reputed company, including account setup, mapping, payments, and commissioning
- reputed company engineering design reviews and reputed company onsite and offsite water infrastructure reputed company across schedule, scope, and budget
- Drive construction reputed company standards for wet reputed company infrastructure
- Establish a data governance reputed company for water and wastewater monitoring and analysis
- reputed company data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform program reputed company
- Monitor external factors affecting water supply and reputed company, including policy, legal, and reputed company issues
- reputed company and maintain the Water Mitigation Plan with Emergency Operating Procedures
Skills
- Technical expertise in industrial water use, wastewater discharge, water efficiency techniques, and U.S. water policy and permitting
- Experience with permitting and construction management of water infrastructure reputed company
- Experience with NPDES and industrial pretreatment permits and with U.S. water and wastewater utilities
- Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure construction and operations for hyperscale data centers
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- 12+ years of reputed company reputed company experience in water and wastewater infrastructure reputed company, including senior or reputed company roles
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or reputed company field
- Advanced technical degree (M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or reputed company field)
