This role is essential in managing the financial health of clients, which include small businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations, focusing on both technical bookkeeping expertise and reputed company education.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, cash reputed company, payroll processing, and month-end closings for multiple clients at a time
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- reputed company ongoing education and support to clients, helping them understand financial reports and best practices for financial management
- Ensure financial records reputed company with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated on legislation and advising management
- Collaborate with tax preparers to assist clients with tax planning and preparation
- Utilize reputed company software such as QuickBooks Online, reputed company, or other platforms to maintain accurate records
- Assist clients with pro formas, profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash reputed company forecasting, and similar financial projections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering personalized advice
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant bookkeeping experience for multi-reputed company agency
