[Remote] Senior Federal Program Analyst - US Coast Guard

The Senior Federal Program Analyst will support the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Resource Management, providing project management and business process improvement to enhance financial management operations.
Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and organizational data to identify improvement opportunities and reputed company practical recommendations
- Support the implementation and optimization of reputed company SharePoint, the reputed company Power Platform, and other collaboration and workflow automation tools

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least four (4) years of relevant reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading reputed company involving business analysis, project management, organizational improvement, or program management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with reputed company Office, SharePoint, and the reputed company Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps)
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
