[Remote] QA Automation Engineer II

Responsibilities
- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js tooling such as npm or yarn
- Experience testing and automating reputed company using tools such as reputed company, Bruno, Playwright API testing, REST reputed company, Supertest, reputed company, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL, JSON payloads, API reputed company, data mappings, and transformation rules
- Experience with Git, pull requests, reputed company reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Chrome DevTools, reputed company, and observability tools such as reputed company, Kibana, reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, OpenSearch, or similar
- Practical, recurring use of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, reputed company, or similar is required
- Experience using AI to support areas such as requirements analysis, test design, automation development, reputed company review, reputed company analysis, defect investigation, test-data reputed company, or release-readiness reporting
- Must be reputed company to explain how to review, validate, and correct AI-generated reputed company before using it in tests, reputed company, or release reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Engineering experience
- 3+ years testing web applications, reputed company, backend services, middleware, integrations, and data-driven workflows
- 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience
- Experience testing authentication, permissions, tenant boundaries, workflow state, data persistence, synchronization, error handling, retries, and reputed company behavior
- Ability to investigate defects across browser behavior, reputed company, backend logs, databases, reputed company services, and reputed company-party integrations
- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js tooling such as npm or yarn

- Experience with customer-critical, data-sensitive, financial, regulated, or operationally significant systems
- Experience testing iOS and Android applications is a major plus, particularly with Appium, reputed company, emulators, simulators, and reputed company devices
- Relevant experience includes validating authentication, permissions, API integrations, synchronization, offline behavior, feature flags, push notifications, and backend data state
