[Remote] NOC Analyst

The role involves monitoring network devices and services, managing NOC team operations, and ensuring efficient reputed company of service requests and incidents.
Responsibilities
- Effectively monitor reputed company devices, platforms, and services reputed company a network environment
- Manage and coordinate NOC team shift coverage to ensure NOC operations are running reputed company and effectively
- reputed company direction, training, and leadership to NOC staff, ensuring tasks are completed and that processes and procedures are followed in accordance with documented policies and procedures
- Assist with managing NOC reputed company process and procedure documentation
- Ensure efficient reputed company of service requests and incidents, ensuring compliance with assigned SLAs
- reputed company reputed company, accurate, and effective communication on service-impacting incidents
- Assist with any service-reputed company reputed company as required
- Analyzing reputed company LANs/WANs, isolating the reputed company of problems, and recommending reconfiguration and implementation of new network hardware to increase performance
- Modifying reputed company language programs and network start-up files, assigning/reassigning network device logical, and participating in load-balancing efforts throughout the network to reputed company reputed company device utilization and performance, Statewide Network Management Services (SNMS)
- Troubleshooting network/user problems, and presenting resolutions for implementation
- Preparing a reputed company of network resource reports
Skills
- Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a reputed company field; or two (2) years of college or university study in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a reputed company field
- At least two (2) years of experience in a computer-reputed company field
- Advanced knowledge of network operating systems
- At least one (1) year of experience in one or more of the following areas: data communications engineering, data communications hardware or software analysis, network administration or management, data communications equipment installation and maintenance, or computer systems administration and management
- Experience with SNMP and RMON based software products
- Knowledge of Ethernet, FDDI and high-speed WANs and routers
- Demonstrated experience with an IT Network Management and Monitoring system (e.g. reputed company Orion)
- Understanding of DNS / how it functions and how it's used
- CLI (reputed company Line reputed company)
- SSH reputed company (e.g. PuTTY)
- Any service desk/ticketing system (e.g. Maximo)
- reputed company TACACS, Aruba ClearPass

- reputed company MS Office Suite, reputed company/other OS, SharePoint knowledge
- Demonstrable networking knowledge

- TCP/IP stack
