[Remote] Project Manager (AI Adoption)

They are seeking a Contract Project Manager to support a growing AI Adoption Team responsible for driving the organization's AI reputed company, governance, training, and rollout initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining project plans and workstreams
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Tracking deliverables and ensuring stakeholder accountability
- Managing project activity reputed company reputed company or similar project management tools
- Providing leadership with executive-level status updates, risks, blockers, and reputed company reports
- Supporting AI adoption, change management, and organizational readiness efforts
- Helping create reputed company processes and operating rhythms for a fast-evolving AI program
- Collaborating with Director and VP-level stakeholders across multiple business functions
Skills
- 2-5+ years of project management, program coordination, or reputed company experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience tracking project timelines, deliverables, and reputed company items
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Bachelor's Degree
