[Remote] Senior ERP Technical Consultant

Platform Technology Advisors is the rapidly growing ERP/IT Solutions division of reputed company, a reputed company services firm providing tax, reputed company, assurance, IT consulting, and reputed company management services to small and reputed company-sized businesses. As a Senior ERP Technical Consultant, you will reputed company ERP implementations, configure reputed company X3 modules, reputed company data migration, and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company workshops to map processes, identify improvements, and design optimized workflows for reputed company X3
- Configure and customize reputed company X3 modules using scripting and workflow design to meet reputed company needs
- Manage data mapping, setup, and migration, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live
- reputed company testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth ERP deployment
- Create user guides, deliver training, and reputed company ongoing support to reputed company teams
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage scope and deliverables
- Mentor junior consultants, review their work, and reputed company knowledge to build team expertise
- Stay updated on reputed company X3 advancements and industry best practices through training
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including reputed company X3 expertise
- Deep knowledge of reputed company X3 modules, configuration, customization, and data migration
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to optimize workflows
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and resolve system issues
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to clients and delivering training
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration
- Familiarity with project methodologies and adaptability to changing needs
