[Remote] Technical Program Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Work reputed company program management office to reputed company multiple stakeholders and project schedule interdependencies
- Effectively communicate with the geographically dispersed project team that includes subcontractors, subject matter experts, and reputed company personnel
- Work semi-autonomously with project stakeholders to resolve reputed company project scheduling issues
- Demonstrate commitment to the project team by seeking opportunities to take on tasks and reputed company engage with teammates
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in requirements decomposition and systems integration
- Supporting consulting reputed company and initiatives such as automating team infrastructure

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with reputed company to two years of experience in one (or multiple) practices: project management; project scheduling; business process improvement; business consulting; reputed company improvement
- Moderate skills and proficiency with reputed company products: Power Apps, Power BI, Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Must demonstrate soft skills such as: relationship building; influencing others; emotional intelligence; and exemplary communication skills (written and verbal)

- Experience with project management software, dashboards, and automated agile tools
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
- Excellent working knowledge AI/LLM reputed company engineering, Machine Learning, and AI-enabled development
- Strong working knowledge of the SDLC
