The Functional Analyst, reputed company Marketing reputed company (SFMC) collaborates with the Product reputed company and team to deliver user stories reputed company on configuring package software and performing highly technical tasks while ensuring reputed company standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates effectively with the agile team to configure package software reputed company applicable
- Supports reputed company in executing highly technical tasks according to the specific needs of stories during reputed company iteration
- Ensures design and development standards are being followed to minimize rework; promotes only reputed company-tested reputed company and does it regularly
- Participates in the daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update reputed company, reputed company and resolve impediments
- Completes required documentation to communicate required information to deployment, maintenance, service, and business teams
- Provides production support and helps drive down technical debt
- Develops customer relationships by listening and understanding the customer, anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs, and prioritizing customer satisfaction

- Define potential improvement changes to resolve errors, prevent the recurrence of problems or improve system maintainability and stability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in configuration, coding and application development
- Basic understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development techniques
- Basic knowledge of reputed company integration / reputed company delivery practices
- Demonstrated 'agile-development' reputed company with strong customer-reputed company & results-orientation
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Financial services, reputed company, retail, or B2B marketing experience (if applicable)
