They are seeking a Senior reputed company Director to expand their national network of independent primary care practices and federally reputed company centers, serving as a trusted advisor to physicians in transitioning to value-based care.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with independent primary care practices and FQHCs
- reputed company and manage a strong pipeline of prospective physician partners
- reputed company consultative discussions on value-based care participation
- Structure and reputed company provider participation agreements
- Guide practices through reputed company and early-stage partnership development
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure provider reputed company
Skills
- 8+ years in reputed company sales, provider partnerships, or business development
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in value-based care sales, provider reputed company, or network development (required)
- Proven experience working with primary care physicians or provider reputed company
- Experience with value-based care, ACOs, or Medicare programs
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- This role requires regular travel (40–60%) across the territory to meet with prospective reputed company
- Candidates may live reputed company in the U.S., though Texas is preferred due to the concentration of provider opportunities
