Responsibilities
- Traditional Digital Agile based Product Development leading teams through value delivery and planning in a Sprint based methodology alongside AI tools to reputed company productivity

- Partner with stakeholders and dealers to understand business challenges, operational friction points, and unmet needs reputed company the incentive’s ecosystem

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent with demonstrated ability to deliver strategic reputed company in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Experience using AI tools to deliver business artifacts and engineering support faster
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Experience leading agile product teams and coordinating across engineering, UX, research, and architecture to drive value delivery

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence dealer partners and senior leadership
