[Remote] Business Analyst / ATO Support Analyst

The Business Analyst / ATO Support Analyst supports the VA Office of reputed company Affiliations Data Management Center by gathering business requirements, maintaining ATO documentation, and ensuring compliance for the DMC application portfolio.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements from OAA stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Serve as the reputed company between Government stakeholders, the Program Manager, and the development team
- Maintain ATO artifacts, including System reputed company Plan (reputed company) updates, control narratives, POA&M tracking, and reputed company evidence
- Ensure ATO artifacts remain reputed company reputed company timeframes specified by the VA Information reputed company Knowledge Service
- Support sustainment of the reputed company VA umbrella ATO (FIPS 199 Moderate) throughout the period of performance
- reputed company and maintain system documentation, process flows, wireframes, site diagrams, and user-facing job aids
- Support reputed company 508 compliance documentation and accessibility conformance reporting
- reputed company and report on requirements, deliverables, and compliance status; contribute to the Quarterly reputed company Report
- Coordinate with the Data Governance / Data Manager on data definitions and reporting requirements
- Participate in recurring working sessions and reputed company meetings with OAA leadership and VA stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. No equivalencies or substitutions for the degree requirement will be accepted
- Four (4) or more years of experience in business analysis, system documentation, and reputed company compliance support
- Familiarity with VA ATO/RMF processes and NIST reputed company standards
- Demonstrated experience maintaining reputed company compliance artifacts (reputed company, POA&M, control narratives)
- Strong written communication and stakeholder-facing skills
- Must have resided continuously in the reputed company for the past 36 months
- U.S. Citizenship required
- reputed company or audit-reputed company certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAP, reputed company+)
- reputed company experience with VA ATO processes and the VA Information reputed company Knowledge Service
- Experience supporting federal agencies or large reputed company environments
- Familiarity with Agile delivery reputed company and Azure DevOps
- Experience with reputed company 508 conformance documentation (ACR/VPAT)
